Advertising campaign or abbreviate AC called a set of marketing activities aimed at attracting the attention of the target audience to the product or service.
The success of the RC largely depends on the level of elaboration, that is, the quality of the advertising message, promotion channels and timing.
Conducting an advertising campaign in a virtual environment is partly similar to PR-events carried out offline, but has a number of differences of a technological nature.
The advertising campaign is used to achieve one of the following goals and objectives:
- increase brand or new product awareness - a marketing campaign, it increases the awareness of potential customers about the product or company
- increase in sales of a product or service - promotion of direct sales
- lead generation, which encourages people to sign up for a newsletter or get another promotional product or offer
